Privacy Policy
This policy explains how PelagiQuant processes user data.
Data we collect
Email address, name, and cabinet settings. We do not store exchange API keys in unencrypted form and do not have access to your assets.
Use of data
Data is used only to operate the service: authorization, infrastructure setup, and notifications. We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes. Some technical tasks are performed by our contractors, who process data only on our instructions and only to operate the service.
Data storage
Data is stored on protected servers. You can request deletion of your account and all related data by writing to hello@pelagiquant.com.
Cookies
Your browser keeps your cabinet pass - so you do not have to re-enter your password on every page - along with the chosen language, theme and, if you arrived via a partner link, its tag. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
API Keys
During the beta API keys are neither requested nor stored. When live mode opens: API keys are used solely to connect to the exchange and execute client-selected settings. When a key is connected we check its permissions and do not accept a key that has withdrawal permission. Keys are stored encrypted and are never shared with third parties.
Contact Form Data
Information submitted through the contact form may be processed by a third-party form and email infrastructure provider (Formspree). By submitting the form, you agree to its processing for the purpose of responding to your request.
Data Retention
We retain your data until account deletion or as long as necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting hello@pelagiquant.com.
Security
We apply technical security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of any data transmitted to or stored by our service.
Machine Configuration Data
We may store parameters selected by the user: exchange, strategy, coin list, allocated capital, stake size, open trade limit, market type, and other settings required for the service to operate.
Internal Strategy Logic
The internal logic of strategies is stored and processed as part of PelagiQuant software and does not constitute user personal data.
What we collect and do not collect in the beta
We collect: an email address; a name or display name if you enter one; a password in protected form; technical logs of sign-ins and of how the site works; actions inside the beta interface needed for diagnostics and improvement. We do not collect in the beta: exchange API keys, identity documents, bank card details, seed phrases, exchange passwords, data about users' real trades.
Purposes of processing
Registration and sign-in; account security; sending address-confirmation and password-recovery emails; error diagnostics; improving the beta service; preventing abuse.
Beta applications
We use your email and questionnaire answers only to review your application, contact you about the beta and improve the demo. Applications that are not approved or not answered are kept for 90 days; approved ones for the time you take part in the beta and 30 days after. Backups are stored encrypted. We delete your data on request — email hello@pelagiquant.com.
